THDAY Underwood Executive celebrating 10 years in business!
In 2011 I left my corporate leadership role to take the plunge into self-employment and business ownership. I was full of energy with a vision and desire to offer a high-touch #executivesearch service to specialise in sourcing #csuite #leadership and #hardtofill roles. There was a significant gap in the #SouthAustralian market for this level of service with many large corporates engaging interstate search firms.
I am so proud to say 10 years later, this vision has become a reality. Underwood Executive is now an award winning, globally recognised AESC #executivesearch firm and we are still based right here in #Adelaide offering #national and #global search services to SME’s right through to international organisations.
An entrepreneur and optimist at heart, it looked like a big risk, to give up the safety of a corporate job – but to me it was an opportunity and the turning point, that has allowed me to realise my vision.
Here is my team today – wow what a great bunch of people! Like me they are committed to the highest standards in our executive search and consulting practice.
