This is an exciting time to join the HR Team as a Senior HRBP as they embark upon a major transformation in what they focus on; how they work and their impact within the business. Reporting directly to and working with the Manager, Human Resources on the development and execution of HR strategy and resultant annual plan. This leadership guidance includes influencing and supporting company-wide initiatives, progress change and managing key stakeholder relationships in a large complex environment. You will lead training and building capacity with leaders, talent management and succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will be a key support and partner with HR manager on complex HR matters; change programs, employee relations and industrial relations including union negotiations; relationship management and EA negotiations.

Being an experienced senior HRBP and change agent, you will have a proven track record of working within a high performing HR function in a large complex, preferably blue-collar environment, related to energy, mining and resources or heavy industries. With relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, you will have experience across unionised work environments, involved in EA negotiations. Specific success in shifting culture and the ability to drive change is critical, coupled with the ability to implement strategic objectives into practical operational plans.
