Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading the Quality, Safety & Risk team, you will have responsibility for leading the quality, health & safety and risk function. Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and benchmark best practice, the role will manage risk and achieve all accreditation requirements across the organisation relating to the NDIS and managing their relationships. You will identify, develop and implement improvements for the sites and organisation, while advising stakeholders on quality and safety compliance and monitoring strategies. Overseeing the incident and complaint management process, you will develop and maintain the organisation’s strategic and operational risk register.
Passionate about the importance of quality management in community services, your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will see you successfully build effective working relationships across the organisation. Extensive experience across the NDIS and quality or safety frameworks, you will operate with a data driven and systems approach. Leading the quality and risk function, you will use your leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively create change. Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in quality and/or safety systems are required, with risk management experience desirable.
