Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a small team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for partnering with the engineering and operational teams to provide financial planning, analysis and advice, whilst driving constant improvement in internal controls, data quality, systems and electronic insights. An active leadership role, you will be the ‘go-to-person’ for a variety of accounting queries for staff and play a key role in recommending financial process improvements and supporting management with strategic commercial decision making.
Being an experienced senior finance professional and people leader, you will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams in a medium to large complex, corporate environment. With relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce and/or accounting, you will be a commercially sound and strategic thinking with a track record of strong stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally. Specific success in implementing efficiencies, driving change and continuous improvements is critical, with proven success in delivering financial reports with strategic modelling, whilst maintaining the highest standards for governance and compliance.
