As a key point of contact for internal and external communication, you will provide a comprehensive secretarial and personal assistant service to the senior leadership team, to enable them to optimise their work outcomes. You will be ‘one step ahead’ in the scheduling of resources and the executive’s diary management and email correspondence. As the Executive Assistant you will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, researching and drafting advice, coordinating travel arrangements, reviewing correspondence and actioning phone calls at an executive level. Working in a fast-paced operational business, you will provide an objective voice of reason and act as a confidant to your leaders. With no two days being the same, this role will also provide support across a variety of projects, meetings and liaising with a range of key stakeholders.
This role requires a resilient, proactive and natural influencer, who is able to build relationships and champion the way things are done. Developing trust will be achieved through a high degree of professionalism, knowledge of the broader business, confidentiality and a mature outlook. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, resilience, flexibility and priority management in this fast-paced role in a large, complex organisation. Extensive experience providing support at an executive level is required, as well as experience in either oil and gas, mining, utilities, construction or professional services.
