This South Australian education and training provider, with over 2,400 staff, is committed to transforming people’s lives through sustainable education and training to enable South Australians to gain skills needed to embark on a new career.  A new role of Director, Strategy, Culture & Diversity is now sought to lead and support the organisation in embedding a culture of collaboration, creativity, diversity & inclusion, whilst embracing flexibility and the changing nature of the workplace.
  
Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, this customer-centric role leads the development of workforce capability and culture aligned to the broader business vision and strategy. Leading a team of twelve, consisting of human resource professionals, this is a transformation role, where there is opportunity to add value to the business through HR operations, organisational development and partnering with key business units. A key focus on attracting and retaining a high performing workforce, you will have overall responsibility of organisational development and change initiatives designed to build capability to improve processes, systems and structures relating to the development of people, culture and diversity throughout the organisation. 
  
An innovative HR leader, with a specific OD background in a customer service focused organisation, you will have a proven track record of setting and leading strategy. Your senior expertise will include navigating workforce challenges including diversity and the development of initiatives to develop pathways and success planning. An experienced change agent within a highly complex and competitive environment, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.  As a natural and agile influencer, you will have proven leadership experience and change management skills.
