Partner with an Chief Executive in a leading South Australian B2C provider to drive strategic growth and identify opportunities.

This leading business to consumer South Australian organisation, with a workforce of over 700 staff and a revenue turnover in excess of $70 million, is committed to providing quality services and a progressive growth strategy. As part of one of Australia’s fastest growing sectors, this business is well positioned with a strong balance sheet and investment portfolio, putting them in a unique position to innovate and capitalise on sector and industry opportunities. An executive level role, partnering with the Chief Executive (CE), is a unique opportunity to assist in steering the organisation, be a contributor at the executive table and be a critical voice in guiding the organisation’s direction.  
  
Reporting to the CE, you will have overall responsibility and leadership of the organisation’s corporate and financial governance. Leading a team of more than 10 finance and procurement professionals, you will play a key partnering role across the organisation to drive strategic growth and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency improvements, to ensure financial sustainability. You will identify and implement financial initiatives, drive strong governance, initiate organisational change and contribute to a broader investment strategy. Providing commercial leadership in contract establishment and optimisation, you will facilitate effective capital management and strategic discussions with Executive and the Board.
  
As a seasoned CA/CPA finance executive, with diverse leadership experience, you will have broad commercial experience leading multi-functional teams. With a proven track record of leading the financial management of an organisation, you will bring strong commercial acumen, and a partnering approach to building relationships with key stakeholders. A strategic mindset, you will have demonstrated analytical experience and proven success in driving operational improvements, formulating business strategies and considering sector wide trends and opportunities.
