We have a unique opportunity for someone starting their consulting career or for someone currently working in recruitment, with ambitions to work at the executive end of the market. As an Associate Consultant you will support the senior consulting team with end-to-end search and recruitment assignments. This will involve assisting with recruitment briefs, research, search lists and putting together market maps of talent. Other responsibilities will include writing advertisements, compiling candidate packs, phone screening, building talent pools and developing relationships with candidates.

You will be a naturally positive person, with a strong customer service ethic, superior communication skills, a natural organiser and superior attention to detail. Analytical in nature, you will have experience in commerce, with a strong interest in people, consulting, and talent acquisition.
