Due to business growth, we have created a new role for a Team Assistant.
Reporting to the Executive Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of administration and business support. Working with a team of 5 consultants, you will be responsible for database administration including updating and maintaining client data, meeting preparation, report generation, as well as scanning, typing interview notes and general day to day organisation of boardroom and diary bookings.
You will have a background in administration and business support, or alternatively you may be a graduate looking for your first full-time office-based role. With the desire to be further coached and developed. You will demonstrate a strong customer service ethic, superior organisation and prioritisation skills and sound computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Well-developed communication skills, a can-do attitude, attention to detail and the desire to work in a team environment is essential.
