As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise their end-to-end supply chain operations.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the entire supply chain function across the organisation. You will be responsible for integrating business processes that support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring a seamless flow of materials, products, and information. To ensure alignment between demand planning, production and delivery, you will drive efficiency and process optimisation. In addition, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods. There will be a need for you to develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and future needs, utilising strategic foresight to improve processes, and mitigate risks.

With tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, business administration or a related field, you will be a consultative leader and have a proven track record building and maintaining cohesive relationships with executive teams, employees and external stakeholders. A team player, you will have a willingness to perform “hands on” operational tasks, whilst being able to think more strategically and broadly beyond the day to day, to achieve long term strategies. You will have proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, strong operational and negotiation skills and experience with ERP and MRP software. Your ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and a solid track record in problem-solving and analytical thinking, will be essential to your success.
