You will partner with the Executive team to ensure quality system initiatives align and deliver successful outcomes for clients of Helping Hand.
Helping Hand is a not-for-profit organisation, with more than 1,500 employees and 400 volunteers providing care at home, retirement living and residential care to over 7,000 older South Australians each year. Helping Hand has a proud history of offering help and support to older South Australians’ over the last 65 years. Ensuring wellbeing is central to the strategic objectives, Helping Hand focusses on achieving independence and wellbeing, dignity of living, quality of life and choice with their valued clients. A Senior Quality Manager is now sought to drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Care Governance you will partner with clients to strengthen, implement and maintain a consumer focussed, best practice quality system. Building relationships across the business, you will provide leadership and oversee compliance to legislation, quality standards, policies, procedures, systems, external reviews and accreditation to support the achievement for each dimension of safe, quality care, and service delivery.
Passionate about the establishment of an active quality culture, your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will see you successfully build effective working relationships across the business. Extensive experience in the development, delivery and maintenance of quality frameworks, you will be experienced with driving large scale organisational change efforts and be able to clearly articulate messages to a broad audience. Tertiary experience in quality management or similar (and/or demonstrable experience) is desirable.
You will partner with the Executive team to ensure quality system initiatives align and deliver outcomes. As a member of the Client Safety and Quality Unit you will proactively support leaders to enhance and improve service delivery and outcomes for clients of Helping Hand.
