The organisation is now seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives that enhance capability, performance and engagement across a diverse and fast-paced operational environment.
Reporting to the Head of People, this role provides strategic people leadership across a significant operational portfolio. You will partner closely with senior leaders to embed people strategies that align with business objectives, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making, identify workforce risks and opportunities and shape future-focused capability development. This position provides expert leadership across workforce planning, ER/IR, change management, performance frameworks and organisational capability initiatives.
With deep HR business partnering experience in a multifaceted environment, you bring strong judgement, advanced ER/IR capability and the ability to navigate operational complexity with confidence. Your background includes leading workforce planning, supporting organisational change, coaching senior operational leaders and managing complex employee relations matters. You will be known for building trusted relationships, applying data-driven insights and delivering practical, outcomes-focused people solutions.
