An experienced Sales and Marketing Manager is now sought to play a pivotal leadership role in driving business growth through increased sales and brand recognition.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead business development and sales, whilst shaping the marketing and brand strategy. Overseeing the performance of five Account Managers and two Sales Administrators, you will lead by example, setting individual and team targets and coaching for high performance. This will involve developing and implementing a business development and sales strategy and identifying new sales opportunities to ensure maximum profitability and growth are achieved by your team. You will raise awareness of Iocane’s brand in the marketplace and build the company’s contemporary online presence. Relationship management will be at the heart of what you do, building connections with key vendors, business partners and IT decision makers in client organisations.
Being an experienced sales manager in the ICT and software industry, you will be solutions focussed and have a proven track record developing new business and selling products or services to corporate and government sector organisations. You will be technically astute, using your ICT knowledge to build credibility and long-standing working relationships with your clients and vendors. As a strong people leader, you will be experienced motivating and engaging staff, as well as skilled in coaching, training and developing sales teams. Proven capability in the use of social media and marketing strategies will be highly regarded.
