Reporting to the Director People and Safety and leading a small team of Business Partners, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and leadership across all health, safety, and environmental functions along with overseeing the health and wellbeing of employees, contractors, and visitors on site. You will achieve this by delivering regular site inspections, audits, incident management, and training activities, thereby identifying opportunities to improve the safety business plan. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of HSE standards into daily operations. In addition, you will collaborate closely with senior management, business partners, and HSE teams to foster a culture of compliance, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in line with organisational goals and safety management systems.

Holding a diploma, degree, or certification in health and safety, risk management, or a related field, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to a safety-first mindset. With a strategic focus, you will have a proactive and hands on approach to safety management.
