The People & Culture Business Partner, reporting into the General Manager, People & Culture, will be responsible for building relationships with key business leaders to help support the development of the business and people strategy. A hands-on operational role, there will be an immediate focus on building a foundation of processes, systems and frameworks, while leading compliance. Once the key priorities have been agreed on and milestones documented, the remit will become broader, with a focus on culture change, employee engagement, learning and development, as well as succession planning and performance management.
We are seeking an experienced HR business partner, with a proven track record building and maintaining strong relationships with management, employees and external stakeholders. Experience developing HR processes, policies and practices, you will have experience influencing cultural change and enhancing employee engagement with the use of data and metrics.  A keen eye for talent, you will have previous experience driving change management projects, with knowledge of contemporary HR practice and tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development or a relevant business field preferred.
