A ‘young disrupter’, using industry-leading technology, and backed by private equity, Arteva continue their strong growth trajectory which has created a new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new partners and existing broker relationships.

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be responsible for increasing loan numbers and new broker accounts through new business development and effective account management. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and forging relationships to increase customer value, ensuring quality service and client retention. Being on the road facilitating meetings with brokers in your portfolio, you will build awareness of Arteva’s product offering and monitor monthly loan settlements and broker performance trends. Other elements of the role including staying abreast of relevant industry trends, attending conferences and maintaining an up-to-date CRM.

A results-focused mindset, you will have a strong understanding of the commerciality of business with a natural ability to build strategic relationships. A sales background, preferably across broader financial services or general insurance, you will have portfolio management experience and some product/industry knowledge. More important than specific industry experience, is your communication skills, personable approach and an authentic style that allows you to engage and influence. A passion for success, you will have a strong work ethic and enjoy the dynamics of a relationship driven business development role.
