The Training Development Specialist, reporting into the National Manager Dealer Training, will be responsible for the management and delivery of training for sales and after sales customer facing roles. Assessing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training to ensure it is of a high standard, you will be responsible for the national deployment of crucial training content to sales and customer service teams.  You will foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting staff by bolstering dealer relationships through coaching, technical support, training needs analysis and course development. Championing a continuous improvement culture, you will create learning content, while guiding and managing the training curriculum and career paths in consultation with stakeholders.
  
A seasoned training leader with broad experiences, your ability to engage, influence and advocate across an organisation will be second to none. Operating with a strong customer services focus, you will have demonstrated experience leading a training strategy, while identifying and closing gaps in the knowledge and skills of staff. Being confident and articulate in your delivery, you will be at ease in presenting to audiences. Holding a Certificate IV in training and assessment, you will have a passion for training and building learning and development frameworks, being able to deliver these through your honed communication skills.
