As the company continues to expand its national presence and further strengthen its market position, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead its dynamic sales function, based in Adelaide or Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the National Sales Manager will take ownership of Seima’s national sales strategy and performance. Leading a team of state-based professionals across the Home Builder and Projects sectors, the role is accountable for driving growth, profitability and customer engagement across Australia. A core member of the senior leadership team, this role will influence Seima’s strategic direction and ensure seamless alignment between commercial objectives, marketing activities and operational execution.

The position encompasses team leadership, strategic planning and high-level relationship management with key merchant and builder partners. You will drive optimisation of Seima’s CRM, ensuring sales processes, data and forecasting systems are embedded to enable visibility and performance. Working closely with marketing, product development and supply chain, you’ll ensure sales strategies are both customer-focused and operationally achievable, while identifying opportunities to expand Seima’s reach through new channels.

We’re seeking a commercially minded, people-focused leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on sales capability. You’ll have a proven track record in managing sales teams within the building products, construction, or adjacent industries and the confidence to negotiate at the highest levels. A natural communicator, you’ll foster a transparent, performance-driven culture aligned with Seima’s values – open, fair and no-nonsense. Your ability to balance commercial rigour with empathy and adaptability will see you unify and elevate a capable, diverse team.
