A values-based role where you can be involved in the organisations growth and development whilst delivering meaningful impact to the wider community.

Since 1976 CCI Services (CCI) has been dedicated to increasing the efficiency of the not-for-profit sector by uniting a member base of not-for-profit organisations and assisting them in supply chain solutions. CCI provides its members with cost and time saving benefits, as well as reducing their procurement risks. With significant national expansion over the past 3 years, CCI supports over 1,300 not-for-profit locations in aged care, health, education, childcare, community and disability sectors, CCI leverages the collective purchasing power of its member base to conduct comprehensive tenders with leading Australian organisations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Member Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the member base in QLD to drive CCI’s sustainable financial growth through member acquisition, retention and category participation.  You will use your influencing skills and new business ability to increase the number of CCI members and uptake of categories within the state and save members money by introducing them to some of Australia’s top suppliers. Your success in this role will directly contribute to making a real and lasting impact on the community and the not-for-profit members.

A proactive and self-motivated business development and account manager, with strong stakeholder management skills, you will have the ability to secure new business and expand the current member base. You will achieve this by building connections with customers to grow their purchases in a mutually beneficial environment. The ability to work independently and in a focused, organised manner is essential. Exposure with the not-for-profit sector, with a aged care or health focus will be advantageous.

This is a values-based role where you can be involved in the organisations growth and development whilst delivering meaningful impact to the wider community through your member’s success.
