Reporting to the Managing Director and owner of the firm, this role is responsible for developing and implementing an overall marketing strategy to engage customers through media relations, digital campaigns and communication strategies.  This will involve identifying new marketing opportunities, developing relationships with a broad range of customers, maximising the CRM and proudly promoting the firm as experts in the HR field. Developing targeted campaigns across all marketing channels, creating customer engagement initiatives, proactively seeking out PR and media opportunities, as well as leading content, brand identity and monitoring analytics are all key aspects of this leadership role.

An experienced marketing professional and natural collaborator, you will have demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns and deliver commercial outcomes. A self-starter, with a key eye for detail, you will be a strong influencer, with a proven work ethic and an appetite for success. Previous marketing experience in professional services or a service-related industry is preferred, with relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or commerce highly desirable.
