This South Australian not-for-profit organisation, with more than 300 staff, is committed to providing pastoral and practical support to school communities through Chaplaincy, Wellbeing and Education Services. With a holistic approach to nurturing the wellbeing of others, they exist primarily to connect young people and school communities to discover purpose, value and hope.  A Human Resource (HR) Manager is now sought to provide operational advice and support for all human resource matters within the organisation.
  
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the HR Manager is responsible for partnering with the business to drive and deliver organisational and people strategies. Contributing to the workforce and succession planning program, you will be responsible for talent management, recruitment and selection, induction, on-boarding strategies and human resource support and guidance.  You will deliver on several process improvement initiatives, update policies and procedures, provide coaching and advice to leaders, as well as identify in-house training opportunities.
  
A generalist HR leader, you will a proven track record in building and maintaining positive and strong relationships with senior management, employees and external stakeholders.  You will be tertiary qualified, coupled with previous experience in a HR generalist role.  A team player, with a deep commitment to a values based Christian ethos, you will have a willingness to perform “hands on” operational tasks, whilst being able to think more broadly beyond the day to day.
