An opportunity now exists for a human resource professional to partner with leaders across the business and play a critical advisory role aligned to the overall organisational goals.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with leaders in their customer portfolio to proactively identify people related opportunities and risks and determine practical solutions to improve business performance, enhance the employee experience and drive attraction and retention outcomes. You will provide advice, guidance and coaching on a range people related matters aligned to business goals and policies, ensuring legislative compliance. You will deliver a range of HR projects, prepare workforce reports, as well as making recommendations on improving processes and best practice to deliver quality outcomes.
A trusted advisor, you will be an experienced generalist HR professional, with a proven track record in partnering and influencing leaders across the full employee lifecycle. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, a passion for coaching and empowering others as well as experience supporting organisations to develop organisational effectiveness and capability. A strong communicator and critical thinker, you will problem solve and have previous experience effectively delivering human resource initiatives.
