Providing aerial imagery and mapping, 3D modelling and airborne remote sensing, the company’s spatial solutions have underpinned many local, state, and federal projects across areas such as infrastructure, engineering, construction, environment & disaster management, transport & logistics, and energy & utilities. An opportunity is now available for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive HR team and organisation, to deliver seamless customer experience to enable business performance.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide best practice advice and guidance across all people practices including end-to-end recruitment and selection, induction, on-boarding strategies, employee relations, performance management and learning and development. Proactively identifying opportunities by working closely with key leaders and employees, your focus will be to enhance people capacity to improve and sustain business performance. In addition, you will deliver on a range of HR projects, review policies and procedures and be a key point of contact for all employee and manager queries.
A degree qualified HR professional and being a trusted advisor, you will have a proven track record in building and maintaining positive and strong relationships with leaders, employees and external stakeholders. With a strong customer service ethic, you will have previous experience supporting projects and proven organisational skills working in a dynamic environment. Bringing broad HR generalist experience, you will have a strong understanding of modern awards, employment related legislation and contemporary HR practices.
