Using industry-leading technology, and backed by private equity, they are on a strong growth trajectory and now seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join the team in a six-month contract with a view to transitioning into a permanent role. 

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve employee experience. Your knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management will be essential as you provide assistance to staff and foster an inclusive work environment. You will also have the opportunity to oversee implementation of ELMO, their new HRIS, and facilitate learning and development initiatives, helping employees grow and thrive within the organisation. In addition, you will deliver on a range of HR projects and review policies and procedures to strengthen governance.  

A degree qualified HR professional and being a trusted advisor, you will have a proven track record in building and maintaining positive and strong relationships with leaders, employees and external stakeholders. With a strong customer service ethic, you will have previous experience supporting projects and proven organisational skills working in a dynamic environment.  Bringing broad HR generalist experience, you will have a strong understanding of modern awards, employment related legislation and contemporary HR practices.  As a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, you will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking innovative solutions to enhance HR practices.
