They are now seeking a Head of People Services to join their executive management team and drive the direction of their HR function.  This role will be integral to advising, supporting, and guiding a whole-of-practice approach to people services and support.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the wider senior management team to develop and execute the People Services plan, ensuring alignment with Jones Radiology’s broader business goals. You will lead a dedicated team of 5, overseeing critical HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, training and development, wellbeing, and diversity. As a hands-on leader, who prioritises direct connectivity with staff across their clinics, this role requires a presence within the clinics, building relationships and deeply understanding the needs of their people. This will be key to developing and implementing the systems, structures, and approaches that support them. You will be responsible for driving workforce strategies that focus on recruiting, attracting, and retaining top talent while establishing best practices in HR management. Ensuring the effective enhancement and implementation of people services systems and processes is critical to improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. You will also manage key initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and leadership development, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance requirements.

You will be a proactive, results-oriented, and creative leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to drive initiatives that align with both business objectives and employee needs is essential, as is your proven track record of leading HR functions in a complex and evolving environment. You will have extensive systems experience and a proven track record of developing HR strategies, managing employee engagement, and driving operational excellence. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial, as you will collaborate effectively with teams across all levels of the organisation.
