The People and Safety team is a key enabler of the overall strategy and partners with the business to champion people initiatives, influence culture change and drive leadership performance.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Culture and Capability leads performance, talent, and leadership development, driving a culture of growth and continuous improvement. Managing a team of six, you will operationalise the people and leader development strategy, integrating tools and frameworks for a structured leadership development approach. This role is pivotal in shaping organisational values, refining leadership behaviours, and enhancing employee engagement through impactful learning and development programs.
An extensive people and culture background, with a specific organisational development (OD) focus, you will have a track record of success in multi-project delivery. Experience working in a leadership led culture, you will have knowledge of best practice OD and integrating culture into the employee experience to drive business success. Specific knowledge of learning and development practices and performance and talent management is essential, with strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
