Land Services SA is a leading South Australian organisation with a strong presence across property registry, data and technology services. While historically known for its regulated service delivery, the business has expanded into commercial data and technology offerings, with long-term government partnerships and growing commercial contracts. As the group continues to evolve, it is transforming its finance function, creating a strategic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to make a lasting impact.

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Group FP&A Manager will lead high-quality performance & investment analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and will partner with executives across operations in both SA and WA. With around 20 cost centres, diverse business models and growing commercial complexity, the role requires someone who understands performance drivers, capital returns and can deliver concise, insightful reporting for operational, investor and board audiences.

You will be a commercially minded finance professional experienced in multi-entity or multi-division organisations, capable of driving productivity, optimising the utilisation of fixed costs and ensuring performance is transparent and well understood. Your strong FP&A expertise, sound judgement and collaborative style will enable you to build credibility quickly and partner effectively across all levels, including with equity investors.  CPA or CA qualifications are preferred and exposure to corporate or investor-backed environments is advantageous, as is familiarity with technology-rich or data-driven operations.
