Through a strong economic foundation, KAC is delivering long-term independence by creating employment, education and enterprise opportunities, career pathways and self-development opportunities for current and future generations.

As a strategic advisor and operational leader, you will manage a broad portfolio including accounting, payroll, budgeting, records management, assets and corporate risk in a complex context. You will provide clear financial reporting to the CEO and Board, develop and monitor budgets, ensure compliance with statutory obligations and drive business improvement initiatives. This is also a critical contract management role requiring strong collaboration with external stakeholders to maintain service standards aligned with KAC’s goals and funding agreements. Importantly, you will contribute to the Corporation’s growth by identifying and supporting new business opportunities that strengthen their long-term sustainability.

An accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in driving change, managing risk and delivering accurate, timely financial insights, you will bring extensive finance experience within multi-faceted enterprises or an adjacent not-for-profit setting. You will possess strong communication skills, cultural competence and the ability to empower teams through skills transfer and mentoring. Accounting qualifications, sound technological proficiency and a proactive, ethical approach to leadership and stakeholders are essential.
