Powered by private equity and advanced technology, Arteva is on an accelerated growth path and is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to take a key leadership position.

Playing a vital role in steering the financial integrity of the Arteva business, you will oversee financial operations in this high-growth environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial operations, reporting and control functions.  This will include managing the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support Arteva’s ambitious growth objectives. Leading the finance team, driving process improvements, implementing robust financial controls and preparing monthly board reporting are all key aspects of the position.

CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience in financial and statutory accounting, with demonstrated experience in developing internal controls and processes is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills coupled with excellent communication abilities, a hands-on approach, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in commerce, insurance, banking, or financial services and familiarity with NetSuite will be advantageous, as well as familiarity with complex banking facilities in consolidated groups. A critical thinker, you’ll be adept at analysing information identifying risk and providing strategic recommendations.
