The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is a statutory authority that administers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS), which provides necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads. The LSA uses a ‘person-centred’ approach to ensure that LSS participants are at the centre of everything they do. 

As a member of the executive team and reporting directly into the Chief Executive, the Director, People and Partnership is responsible for leading the functions of human resources, culture and capability, work health & safety and wellbeing, and communication & engagement.  You will also oversee the delivery of research, education and program grant funding to strengthen the quality of services provided to the participants in the LSS.  With 3 direct reports and circa 15 employees, you will lead and deliver the people strategy covering the design, implementation, management and continuous improvement of programs and policies and initiatives.  Building constructive collaborative relationships with a diverse range of senior stakeholders, you will influence, engage and provide advice to activate strategies to ensure the organisation is effective and efficient, while ensuring LSA is great place to work.

A contemporary leader of people and a strategic problem solver, you will have experience navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and business needs.  Pragmatic in your approach, you will be a key advisor in supporting leaders and staff to adapt and thrive in an environment of high performance, continuous improvement and ongoing change.  With sound organisational nous you will have strong experience across strategic planning, change and improvement, as well as generalist business skills across a range of functions. A working knowledge and understanding of the disability sector or insurance like entities will be highly regarded.
