A visionary and transformational Chief People Officer is now sought to join the executive leadership team to inspire and lead the business evolution and transform the people & culture function into a strategic, data-driven and human-centred commercial team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a broad People & Culture team, you will lead the co-creation and execution of the People strategy in alignment with Health Partners’ vision and values. As the architect and enabler of enterprise-wide cultural evolution, embedding agility, accountability and innovation, you will be a thought leader on the future of work, workforce planning and talent evolution.  Championed to build a best-in-class leadership and talent pipeline, that focusses on diversity and continuous growth, you will focus on leadership development, succession planning and capability uplift across all levels. Working with the Executive team to reimagine the workforce, using thought leadership in AI, digital and operating model enhancements, you will play a critical role in managing compliance, risk, and governance frameworks, while ensuring operational efficiency across People operations, systems and processes.

You’re a transformational People & Culture executive with a proven track record of leading people functions and you bring deep expertise in workforce strategy, performance leadership, culture transformation and HR operations. Expertise in human-centred design practices, your influential and collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills position you as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
