You will be a technically astute and collaborative CFO with proven experience, ideally within engineering, professional services, or construction environments. CA/CPA qualified, you will bring proven success in scaling businesses, with strengths in cash flow management, M&A activities, financial forecasting and team leadership. Commercially driven, you will thrive in a hands-on, proactive environment where you can provide strategic financial advice to the Board and leadership team. Your ability to build strong relationships with auditors, lending providers, and other stakeholders will be key to success, as will your talent for mentoring and leading a small finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive, innovative firm with an ambitious growth trajectory. MLEI provides a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, offering autonomy, professional development and the chance to directly influence company strategy. With a competitive remuneration package, this role also offers long-term equity opportunities for the right candidate, ensuring a genuine partnership in MLEI’s continued success.
