With a vision to improve the lives of Kokatha people, the Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation (KAC) manages the native title rights and interests of the Common Law Holders. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead the organisation’s strategy, structure and commercial performance to benefit all Kokatha people. You will champion organisational change, ensure effective resourcing and build a culture of empowerment across a diverse team. A key focus will be broad and complex stakeholder engagement, including building trusted partnerships with the community, Kokatha members, government, mining companies and service providers to align on priorities, manage agreements and uncover new opportunities.
You will be an experienced executive, ideally with a background in Aboriginal affairs, community services, legal, or health sectors. With strong commercial acumen, you will bring expertise in strategy, governance and risk management. A collaborative people leader, you will be community-focused, culturally aware and skilled in building high-performing teams and strong relationships.
