With a significant aspirational growth agenda, this newly created role will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function for Australasia. This will involve providing strategic and operational advice and direction to develop a candidate centric talent acquisition function. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Projects, you will be responsible for elevating the brand through developing and implementing an Employee Valuation Proposition (EVP), building a talent acquisition team, creating a strategic sourcing strategy as well as reviewing the selection process to align capability and culture. Implementing the right systems and technology, you will develop a framework for best-practice with processes and metrics to ensure a standardised philosophy and performance-based outcomes.
An experienced in-house talent acquisition professional, you will bring your deep knowledge and understanding of recruitment best-practice to this role, reinventing the status quo. As a natural and agile influencer across various stakeholder groups, you will relish the opportunity to champion change and build the brand both internally and outside of the organisation. You will have relevant contemporary knowledge of talent acquisition trends, giving you insight into the most effective systems, processes and metrics required to make the business world class in effective talent acquisition.
