Experienced Senior Manager or operational leader in the health or services industry sought for established business in the northern suburbs

A commercial Senior Manager with operational experience in the health or services industry is now sought to manage an established facility in the northern suburbs.

Reporting to a ‘Head of’ role and working collaboratively with other Senior Managers, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional customer care and service to clients. With an overriding focus on person-centred care, cost effective and efficient service delivery, quality, risk and safety, you will ensure the smooth running of the facility. As a leader of your field, you will proficiently juggle business needs including operational planning, evaluating service performance outcomes, strategic and financial management and developing best practice initiatives.

Critical to this role, will be your ability to form relationships with your team, clients, family members and external stakeholders, balanced with building people capability to improve service quality and care. An empathetic, values-based and resilient leader, you will be experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving change in a complex service delivery environment. You will bring your experience of working within legislative constraints and understand the challenges associated with operating in a regulated environment. You will be the ‘face’ of the business, with a willingness to undertake some out of hours work and travel to other locations when required.
